Our wifi went out and I called Smartaira and spoke with Victoria. She walked me through all the needed steps to try to reset the wifi. We have extenders on our wifi. We ended up needing someone to come out. Victoria went out of her way to help me but also arranged for a service person to come to our home within 3 hours of our call. Louis evaluated the problem and it turned out the failure was from our extenders and not the modem. All issues now solved. thank you Victoria.

My apartment complex fortunately already had an instanton router with Smartaira! So wifi set up was very straightforward - I called, set up an account at a very good rate (they had two months free in my apartment complex), but seems the router was not accurately set up.
